Renshaw Street
A new luxury residential project in Renshaw Street, Liverpool is set to deliver 74 one and two bedroom high specification apartments. The new building, Ropemaker Place, will be a striking residential development in the city that is expected to attract a lot of enquiries.
This project is just the first of several on Renshaw Street which is undergoing a series of exciting changes. Liverpool’s Legacie Developments, which specialises in sensitive conversion of historic buildings and new developments is taking an active role in this project.

Ropemaker Place is just one of several live projects that Legacie Developments has in the city. Another is the conversion of Reliance House in Water Street into apartments, along with a similar scheme in Dale Street. The first phase of work at Reliance House, will comprise of 139 apartments.
A key benefit of Ropemaker Place is its location in the city centre, as it is close to both universities as well as Lime Street Station, the Georgian Quarter and China Town, all of which are on the doorstep.
The building was designed by Falconer Chester Hall and once complete, the development will house 74 apartments over eight storeys along with two retail units on the ground floor. This includes 9,700 square feet of commercial or retail space, and a mix of one and two-bed apartments.
