Easi-Edge, a founding member of the Edge Protection Federation, have invested in a range of new edge protection barriers in order to continue creating the safest environment for those working at height in the construction industry.
The new edge protection barriers are the lightest that exist on the market as they weigh only 14kg each. This makes them easy to install and manoeuvre on a site and they were developed after we received feedback from multiple clients.
The new barrier design maintains the highest safety and quality standards, having been tested to meet BS EN 13374 Class A and Class B regulations. The new barriers have also been tested to meet a dynamic load in addition a static load, which enables Easi-Edge to continue providing robust protection.
The new generation of lighter barriers will add to our existing stock, allowing Easi-Edge to offer edge protection solutions to a larger number of clients. Easi-Edge’s barriers are designed to be reused, with each unit collected, cleaned, and inspected before being redeployed to a new site. This approach enhances product longevity, while also supporting our sustainability efforts and environmental responsibility.
Robyn Middleton, Sales Manager at Easi-Edge said, “Our latest investment reflects the growth we’ve experienced as a business over the last few years. We are proud to reinvest in our operations to ensure that our edge protection barriers continue to deliver exceptional protection, while upholding our commitment to sustainability.
