Burlington Square

Burlington Square is a new residential building in the south of central Manchester, that is being developed by Domis Construction. The development will comprise of 273 high spec apartments, across 4 distinct blocks and nine storeys, with the ground floor for communal spaces, commercial units and a gym facility. Other communal areas exist on the rooftop and a central garden courtyard.

The apartments are being constructed with large floor to ceiling windows, to maximise the amount of natural light. They will include a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with penthouse suites as well. During the construction phase, Easi-Edge provided 4525 LM of edge protection barriers to the site in the south part of the city centre. The location of the site puts it in close proximity of transport amenities, including buses as well as Oxford Road and Piccadilly train stations.

Burlington Square is located in an innovative district in the heart of the university quarter, and it is a joint venture between Salboy and Factory Estates, one of the most active developers in Manchester.
