All of them are being designed to fit in with the character of their existing neighbourhood, and they are being created in accordance with Manchester’s design standards to deliver high quality homes. The council has a Strategic Development Framework that includes elements such as landscaped pedestrian routes that connect new projects to the city centre. Providing links and access to existing transport amenities is also an important feature of the framework, to ensure it is a fully integrated city.
