Transport

When it comes to the transport of the components to site, our team will liaise with you to ensure that deliveries are made in the correct order to match the site layout, taking into account the size of the site and the storage space required. This ensures that you only have the equipment you need on site. We also have hiab facilities if required.

We have our own custom made ‘carriers’ for the edge protection barriers to be transported on, and bins for the fittings to make sure that everything is transported safely. Smaller items can be delivered in containers to ensure safe transport. The items are colour-coded and labelled so that they can be clearly identified on site.

The collections will also use the carriers and containers to enable the safe return transportation of the barriers and components from the construction site.

Our team will help you phase the edge protection deliveries to coincide with the site erection sequence, to avoid unnecessary space taken up with storage on site.

This also removes unnecessary hire charges and reduces potential damages or losses.
