Support on Site

On the first day of installation, our dedicated and experienced field engineers provide support on site, which includes training on all relevant aspects of the install via an on-site toolbox talk.

One of our field engineers will provide customised training tailored to the project, and edge protection installation requirements. On completion of the training, your site team will be provided with a copy of the site drawings and relevant toolbox talk sheets so that they are deemed competent to install the edge protection for the construction project.

After the initial training, our field engineers will visit the site every 4-6 weeks to ensure that the edge protection system has been installed and maintained correctly. This will continue until all Easi-Edge protection barriers have been removed. This is an important aspect of providing support on site to ensure safety requirements are being met and the equipment is being used correctly.

This is a service that we provide for every site, no matter the size or location of the project.

The field engineers can help solve any problems or queries whilst they are on site, and can leave a written record of their findings to give you peace of mind.
