Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager with Construction experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will be based from our head office in Tuxford, North Nottinghamshire with travel to visit sites and clients when required.
The candidate would already have an established sales background, ideally with experience gained from within the construction or safety solutions industry. The role would involve the management of existing accounts and the introduction and development of new clients to the business.
The role would involve generating enquiries, producing estimates and also negotiation with clients.
We would give specific product training to enable the candidate to be confident in selling our edge protection system and other products.
Ideally the candidate will have held previous sales or technical sales roles. Knowledge of construction drawings would also be an advantage.
The candidate must be able to organise their own workload, have good time management skills and to be self-motivated to perform and reach targets set.
