Sales and Commercial Administrator

The Company

We are a leading supplier of edge protection systems to the construction industry and now have a vacancy for a sales and commercial administrator.

We are an established edge protection company and have been supplying to the industry for over 10 years. We are a small company but are part of a large group, so we can act independently but have support when required.

The company already has an existing team, but we are looking to expand as we develop our business

The successful candidate will be based in our offices a Tuxford. The role encompasses the following:-

The Role/Responsibilities

  • To assist the commercial department with all administrative activities
  • To take telephone calls and process customer requests
  • To maintain excel spreadsheets
  • To process orders
  • To chase sales leads
  • To prepare quotations for customers
  • Any other admin requirements as they occur
  • Work well within a small team

Experience / Qualifications

  • Preferably A level qualifications
  • Very good computer skills
  • Previous administration roles a benefit
  • Full driving licence – as no public transport available

Salary to be negotiated

Flexible working hours can be negotiated.
